Kairos Property Services is the Managing Agent for RIchmond Square in Dublin 7 appointed in June 2012. Richmond Square is a mixed development comprising 36 one and two bedroom apartments with a commercial unit at ground floor level.

Kairos is responsible for all day to day management at Richmond Square.  This includes cleaning, repairs and maintenance, PPM's and access control.

Kairos has made huge progress on debt collection since being appointed and is working with the Board of Directors to bring this down further.
